Hello awesome peeps!
I wanna share with you my recipe for a powerful green protein smoothie. Perfect after a nice workout or just to start up the day, or just about any time you´re craving for something sweet, fresh and healthy.
Here´s what you´ll need:
– 1 cup of fresh spinach
– 1 celery stick
– 1 and a half apples
– 1 tbsp flaxseeds
– 1 small piece of ginger
– 1 cup of greek yogurt (you can totes use protein powder but I prefer greek yogurt because it´s packed with probiotics which are great for your gut health)
– As much water as you need to get desired consistency
Blend all the ingredients together and shazam!
