Healthy-Fit Bod challenge Day 20-21

During this challenge that is almost over, I tried an exercise pattern that seems to work with my body: 3 days of morning exercise followed by 2 days of rest. My body seems to respond positively to that pattern.

At first I thought I was being lazy but Iยดm modifying my mindset in a lot of aspects of my life and one of them is fitness so I realized that this is entirely about what MY body needs. So I listened.

Today and yesterday I let my muscles rest so I have a stronger comeback tomorrow morning. ๐Ÿ˜€


And speaking of rest, remember to get your 7-8 hours of sleep each night, awesome people. Lack of sleep is so not cool, it makes you prone to obesity, it increases anxiety, it keeps you far away from the present moment and nasty stuff like that.
