You can totally have it with Thanksgiving leftovers or as mayo on a sandwich, yummm!
I found this recipe on Neila Rey´s website. But this is my version. Lets get to it! You´ll need:
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/3 tsp paprika
– Salt to taste
– 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
– 1/2 cucumber (seedless and grated)
– 1 garlic clove (minced)
Mix the ingredients and voilá! Nice and light dressing perfect for raw or roasted veggies, as mayo, for leftovers or whenever you´re craving for something tasty, packed with protein and very healthy.
