Healthy-Fit Bod challenge Day 5

Since I completely fell in love with the Crop Top routine from yesterday I decided to do it again today.

15 burpees to warm up and then the routine. Here it is:

HFbday4My meals of the day were:

-Usual breakfast smoothie and coffee

– A few cashews

– A handful of grapes

– Tuna salad and lentils

– A couple of handfuls of raisins and almonds

– Some dried cranberries (couldnยดt get away from them today)

Done and done. Weยดll see what life brings us tomorrow. Have a great night awesome people!
