Chocolate Smoothie – Start up your week like a PRO

I want to give you something delish and healthy to start up your week with tons of energy. And what´s better that anything chocolate, right? This smoothie is packed with awesome omega 3´s, fiber and protein.

Lets get to it. You´ll need:

– 1/2 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)

– 1/2 cup of greek plain yogurt

– 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

– 1 banana

– 1/4 cup rolled oats

– 1 tbsp chia seeds

– 2 tbsp flax seeds

– stevia to taste

– you can add some water if you want to

Blend the ingredients, serve and get ready to taste this heavenly smoothie.
