Protein Breakfast Bowl

Super simple, easy to make and totally delish! You´ll need: -1/2 cup plain yogurt -4 tbsp. oats -1/4 cup water -1/4 cup almond milk (unsw) -1 banana -honey to taste (I´d usually use stevia or some sweet fruit like black seedless grapes but right now my throat is super sore and swollen, and I needed something to soothe it and honey works perfectly) -cinnamon to taste Cook the oats with the water and almond milk. Put them in a bowl and add the yogurt and banana. Stir. Finally top with cinnamon and honey, stevia or sweet fresh fruit. photo 1-(10)Enjoy!!!
