No added sugar challenge day 5

Yeah, I´ve been having sugary cravings, mostly at night. I try to drink some almond milk (unsweetend of course) or eat some fruit, like black grapes and stuff.

But still I think I´ve been doing good… well see how the next days go.

In the mean time, keep healthy, people.
