Hey beautiful people, today I wanna share with you a healthy, nice and delicious recipe.
STEAMED SALMON WITH VEGGIES IN TINFOIL POCKETS
This is a very versatile dish, you can use virtually anything you like, I´m just giving you my version.
-You´ll need salmon supremes, 1 per pocket.
-Spinach (one handle per pocket).
-Fresh basil (a couple of leaves per pocket).
-Chopped onion (one handle per pocket).
-Lemon zest (as much as you want, I personally use a pinch per pocket).
-Salt and pepper (as much as you want).
Then, measure the pieces of tinfoil according to the size of the supreme and how much veggies you are going to put in there. You have to be able to form a square and then leave enough space to fold a couple of times the tin foil so the pocket is sealed completely.
Over the tin foil sheet put the spinach (I like to arrange the whole thing in the middle of the sheet), then the salmon supreme. Season the fish to your taste. Then put a couple of basil leaves over the salmon, on top of that put the onion and lemon zest, and you can put a couple of spinach leaves on top as well.
You can put the pockets directly on a pan on medium heat for 13 minutes.
The pockets are gonna be hot so be careful. You can grab them with oven gloves or with kitchen tongs. I like the tongs better.
And voilá! Open that hot pocket and munch on baby! I love my hot pocket with some good ol´ avo. You can have it with anything you want, like rice, beans, etc.
