No added sugar challenge day 1

So far so good. My sugary cravings have been the same and I don´t ussually eat a lot of processed and over the top sugary foods to begin with but I do have a sweet tooth. Today was ok tho. Day one, done!

Do you guys have a sweet tooth? What do you have when you get the munchies? Is it a healthy choice? I need feedback!

  1. Awesome job! This would definitely be hard for me.. I just started cutting down on a lot of foods, don’t think I’m ready to completely cut out the sugars totally yet! Huge kudos though! 🙂

      • No problem! And no, I definitely don’t mind! I am just cutting out a lot of the unhealthy stuff really, cuz I’m guilty of drinking a lot of coffee b/c I work graveyards and I often feel that I “need” it, and when I have those rough days, I feel “too tired” to cook so I run to the quick and easy foods.. so now I’m getting back on track with meal planning and cutting out a lot of the bad stuff.. or just doing some of them in moderation. 🙂

      • Cool! well try not to feel guilty when eating processed or unhealthy stuff, just switch little by little. And I think it´s great you are trying to eat better, good for u! 😉

      • Thank you! 🙂 and yeah like I said I’m doing it all in moderation.. I’m still at the beginning stage so I’m having a hard time right now, but I’ve done it before, I can do it again.. just want a healthier lifestyle.
